Believe it or not, you can have a custom mattress built for a reasonable amount of money. While square/rectangular beds are easy because they are normally priced out at what the next biggest “Standard” size would be, even circular mattresses can be purchased for around $2000.
Of course, building custom platforms that rotate, or adding luxurious latex can increase the cost, but at the end of the day you do get what you pay for.
