Can’t Get To Sleep? Try These Four Activities Before Going to Bed

One reason you could have trouble falling asleep is that you’re mentally checking things off of your “to-do” list rather than unwinding your body and mind. Before going to sleep, journaling can help you get rid of any anxieties or lingering thoughts.

Breathe in a Relaxing Aroma

There is actual science behind how various aromas can help you relax and relieve tension. Add a scented essential oil, diffuser, or candle to your evening routine, though be sure to blow it out before falling asleep.
